Return Policy 

* Must be Within 30 Days of Purchase and must be Authorized by Pelican Outdoor Shops

* 15% Restocking Fee

* 20% restocking fee on Ski Boots

* Socks & Goggles are not Returnable

* Must be in New, Unused Condition, tags attached

* Must be in original packaging with no markings on the product or packaging 

* Customer is Responsible for All Outbound & Return Shipping Charges 

* Original Outbound shipping & handling fee are non-refundable 

Pelican Shops will accept a return on most items that are in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less any shipping and handling charges and applicable restocking fee. 

All returns must be authorized in writing.  Please email us at customerservice@pelicanoutdoorshops.com to initiate any return.

Any Issues with Products under the Warranty must be documented with photos and sales receipt.  Please email pelicanshops.help@gmail.com  to submit a warranty claim.  Warranty claims are at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer and Not Pelican Outdoor Shops or any of its affiliates. 

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT CUSTOMERS USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT HAS TRACKING CAPABILITY WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.

Polywood Orders

Since Polywood Orders are Manufactured to Order they may have increased lead times mentioned on the product page and for the shipping options when placing an order. Shipping time is generally 1 week and Pelican cannot guarantee arrival date.

Cancelling an order while it is in production / shipped is not possible as Polywood does not cancel already in production / shipped orders. If you would like to return the product after it is delivered to you, you can do so. However, the customer is responsible to return shipping costs of the item(s).
