Do not hesitate to buy from Pelican Outdoor for all your Polywood needs, they are great to work with and for Polywood, it is a great product and looks fantastic year after year!
Chemicals were not in original packaging, they were loose inside of another box. Chemicals were spilled inside of box. A replacement should be sent.
We follow all directions and footing of chairs still float. Shifting and moving sand bag weights still do not work. The chairs are also filled with plastic shavings from being made. Be prepared to have to find and remove lots of plastic shavings from pool. Also, Pelican won’t allow return if you take out of box and put in your pool. Don’t buy from Pelican, buy direct from Polywood. BEWARE!!

Floating can vary depending on factors such as water depth, chair placement, and the amount of weight used, but we understand how frustrating it is when adjustments don't produce the desired result.
We also apologize for the plastic shavings you found. While occasional manufacturing debris can remain from the production process, it certainly shouldn't diminish your experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Regarding returns, our policy follows the manufacturer's guidelines, as products that have been assembled and used in a pool cannot be resold as new. We always encourage customers to contact us before installation if they have any questions or concerns so we can help determine the best solution.

This dining room set was exactly as expected. Very solid and built very sturdy. Table has steel bars running across the bottom that gives it good weight and gives me confidence it will last for a very long time. Only table and arms for chairs needed to be installed when delivered.
